Melissa Hayes graduated the University of Connecticut magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. Before starting CT Liberty Mortgage, Melissa gained extensive experience and knowledge working as a loan officer for a financial institution and working within mortgage broker organizations where she quickly moved into management positions. Her vast mortgage experience has allowed her to establish strong relationships with lenders and vendors to better serve her customers. Melissa was honored to be a speaker at the 2013 Women In Banking Conference. She has lobbied on behalf of consumers in both Washington, D.C. and Hartford.
